Dr. Lecturer Gülşah Balan graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2007. She completed her master’s degree in 2015 at RWTH Aachen University in Germany, focusing on Dental Lasers, and obtained her PhD in 2020 from the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at Marmara University.
She began her academic career as a lecturer in 2022 and continued as a Dr. Lecturer in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Dentistry in 2023. As of 2024, Dr. Gülşah Balan continues her academic and clinical work at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry at Istinye University. She also provides clinical services at Istinye Dental Hospital (Istinye University Oral and Dental Health Application and Research Center).
